About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Red Team Operator to join our offensive security practice. You'll plan and execute adversary simulations, develop custom tooling, and help our clients understand their exposure to real-world threats.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute red team engagements end-to-end
- Develop and maintain custom offensive tooling and tradecraft
- Research new attack techniques and integrate them into engagements
- Write clear, actionable reports for both technical and executive audiences
- Collaborate with purple team colleagues on detection improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in offensive security or red teaming
- Strong understanding of Windows/Active Directory environments
- Experience with C2 frameworks and custom implant development
- Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and common adversary TTPs
- Ability to work independently and manage engagement timelines
Nice to Have
- Published security research or conference talks
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
- Malware development and evasion techniques
- OSCP, OSCE, CRTO, or similar certifications
